The Ceremony & Reception Package comes with exclusive use of the space for the entire day! The Greenhouse for your ceremony and use of the two getting ready suites are included. The Signature Ceremony & Reception also includes three meetings, one custom layout, set up & tear down of furnishings and a limited onsite team to manage the venue!
The Coordination Package is the most popular package at Ivy House. This package includes exclusive use of the property for the entire day along with a Day of Coordinator. The Coordination Package begins six months before the event date and encompasses six structured Day of Coordination meetings. The Day of Coordinator will be present and onsite before you arrive and after you leave on the day of the event. The Coordinator will handle all aspects of set up and tear down with the support of our onsite venue team. Also included in the Coordination Package are unlimited meetings (virtual or in person), unlimited layouts, rehearsal and ceremony coordination, vendor management, timeline creation, execution and so much more!
The top tier package at Ivy House is the Signature Planning Package, which starts one year before the event date. Clients are given exclusive use of the property for the entire day. The Day of Coordinator will be present and onsite before you arrive and after you leave on the day of the event. The Day of Coordinator will handle all aspects of set up and tear down with the support of our onsite venue team. Included in the Signature Planning Package are unlimited meetings (virtual or in person), unlimited layouts, rehearsal and ceremony coordination, vendor management, timeline creation and execution. Additionally, this package includes vendor sourcing, budget meetings, and design consultations specifically for International and out-of-state couples.
